Delivery
At JiivaStone, we take pride in providing high-quality mosaic stones, marble tiles, and onyx tiles. Our goal is to deliver your purchase promptly and securely. All our products are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit and are handled by professional delivery services.
We collaborate with trusted delivery partners to guarantee that your order arrives intact and on time. Depending on the items, your order may arrive in multiple shipments from different locations. Shipping costs are calculated per shipment, not per total order, based on the warehouse location from which the product(s) is dispatched. Delivery times vary depending on product availability, type, and your location. Estimated delivery times can be found on individual product pages.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Saturday deliveries in select cities. If you need a Saturday delivery, please contact us before your order is processed. Please note that such requests may not always be accommodated.
Before placing an order, ensure that the item(s) can fit through your doors, staircases, and elevators in their packaging. Dimensions are available on our product pages. If delivery fails due to access issues, additional fees may apply for re-delivery.
While we can ship orders to freight forwarders, JiivaStone is not responsible for any damage or issues that occur once the shipment has been handed over to the forwarder.
Shipping Fee & Locations
Shipping fees are calculated per shipment and are based on the order value and delivery destination.
For orders with multiple items, shipments may arrive separately based on the estimated delivery of each item. Shipping fees are clearly outlined during checkout.

Types of Delivery
We offer three delivery service options: Standard, Threshold, and Premium White-Glove.
Standard Service: Your order will be delivered to the ground floor, lobby, or first dry area of your home (e.g., front porch, garage, etc.). Deliveries requiring stairs or a lift will be left at the entrance. This service does not include unpacking or assembly.
Threshold Delivery: Your order will be delivered inside your home, to the first room past the entrance. This service includes delivery over the first threshold but does not include unpacking, assembly, or placement in specific rooms. An additional fee may apply based on your location.
Premium White-Glove Service: This premium option includes delivery to your room of choice, unpacking, assembly, and removal of packaging materials. Additional fees apply for more than two flights of stairs.
To schedule delivery, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready to ship. Our delivery partner will then contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Please ensure that your home is prepared for delivery by protecting floors and surrounding areas. JiivaStone and its delivery partners are not liable for damage to flooring or other surfaces during delivery. Delivery personnel are not authorized to move existing furniture.
Returns
Select items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned but may be canceled within two business days of purchase. Custom orders include items where finishes or details have been selected by you.
How to Return Items
Small items can be returned to our showroom or shipped back by mail.
Larger items or furniture will require pick-up arrangements.
